All items are made to order, and slight variations in color or design may occur.
We do our best to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but exact color and detail may vary due to screen differences.
Some items may sell out quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with options. -
Ordering & Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Orders are confirmed via email. If you don’t receive a confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us at somethingsorrelco@gmail.com. -
Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days, but processing times may vary due to demand.
Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location.
We currently do not ship internationally but may expand in the future.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as "delivered," we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local postal service for help. -
Return & Exchange Policy for Something Sorrel Co.
Since our products are made to order, all sales are final. However, I want you to absolutely love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order (wrong size, damaged item, etc.), please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
I take great care in packaging your order, but if something arrives damaged, email somethingsorrelco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and I’ll work on a replacement.
Size Issues:
Because items are made to order, I can’t offer refunds for incorrect sizing, but I’ll always try to accommodate exchanges when possible. -

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use, website access, or purchase issues.
